The short version

No account, no login, no ads and no analytics right now. The signup forms aren’t connected yet, so nothing you type is sent or saved today.

When the lists are connected

The seller list will keep your name, email, what you sell, where you sell now, a link if you add one, and your consent to hear from us. The shopper list keeps your email and consent. We’ll use it only to contact you about Harriet’s Market, won’t sell it, and this page will name the email service before the forms go live.

What we don’t ask for

The forms don’t ask for your race, ethnicity, bank details or tax ID. If the market later has to collect business details under federal law, we’ll explain what and why at that step.

Server logs

Ordinary server logs are kept a short time for security and fixing problems.

Analytics

None right now. When we add it, it’ll be open-source software on our own server, with no cookies and no stored IP address, and this section will name it.

Fonts

The typefaces are served from this site, so loading them doesn’t send your IP address to Google or any other font service.

Cookies

This site doesn’t set tracking or advertising cookies, so there’s no consent banner.

Your rights

Ask for a copy of what we have, a correction, or deletion, or unsubscribe anytime. No reason needed.

Why we use your information

• Email list: only with your consent, when you sign up. You can withdraw it anytime with the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Emails you send us: to read and answer them, because you asked us to.
• Server logs: to keep the site secure and working, which is our legitimate interest.

How long we keep it

• Email list: until you unsubscribe.
• Emails you send us: only as long as we need to reply and follow up.
• Server logs: a short time set by our web host, then deleted.

Who else handles it

Only our web host and our email list provider, once the list is connected. They may process data in the United States or other countries, under their own privacy terms. We don't sell or share your personal information, and we don't use it for targeted advertising.

What you can ask for

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, delete or move your information, object to or limit how we use it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email privacy@pinkty.com and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re in the EU, the UK or Switzerland and you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We don’t track you across other websites, so every visit is treated the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
